Clothing Care Instructions
Most items can be washed safely in cold water on delicate cycle and hung to dry. If the item that you are ordering has red or another bright color in it next to a white or other light color fabric please use a Shout color catcher for the first few washes to avoid bleeding. The reds are pre-washed but they are still red and will likely have some color transfer without a color catcher.
Shipping
We ship every business day, excluding holidays. Standard first-class shipping delivers within 2-5 days after item ships. It is trackable but not insured. We are not responsible for packages lost by USPS. Priority mail 1-3 day is usually faster, trackable and insured. If you are in a time crunch upgrade to this shipping method. Priority mail express 1-2 day is the fastest shipping method we offer. It does not guarantee overnight delivery but does deliver on Sunday. Please send us a message if you select this shipping method so that we can process your item as soon as possible. We do ship international and rates will populate after you put the items in your cart.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item we are happy to replace it. Here are the exchange instructions-
Please purchase the new item that you would like. Return the unwashed and unworn item within 14 days, if you paid shipping on your original order then we will refund your shipping up to $4 for the original item since it is an exchange. We like for you to purchase the new item directly because we cannot accommodate holds, this ensures your new size/item does not go out of stock. Please include the following information:
